Travel Information

You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from Washington. You should make your reservations at least four weeks in advance. Ideally, you should arrive around 3 p.m. on Sunday. We provide transportation to the hotel from Reagan Washington National, Baltimore/Washington International and Dulles International Airports, and Union Station. (See the Shuttle Schedule, or see page 11 of the Student Handbook.)

If you need assistance with your travel arrangements, contact the following agencies. For the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska, check the internet for the best fares.
